







Fast Healthy Salad

Sis are you looking for something fast but healthy in the summer months? These simple salads are just what you need!

Ingriedients:
Chicken and/or Shrimp of choice
1 container spring mix
1 can of Del Monte whole kernel corn
2 Avocados
2 mini cucumbers
1 red onion
1 carrot
1 plum tomato ( or your preferred tomato)

Extras & Toppings:
Vinaigrette or salad dressing of choice, Everything Bagel Seasoning, Boiled egg, Cheese, Croutons.

Clean Chicken/Shrimp with Lemon. Season with Everything bagel season, Steak seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic and onion powder. Add oil in skillet or on grill top. Get a great sear on both sides but make sure not to overcook. mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Plate and your done! Top salad with your favs or suggested toppings. Enjoy!
